I first sent Kate an email on the Sunday. I didn’t want to call as it was the weekend but within 30 minutes I received a phone call from Kate. It didn’t matter what day it was.
Kate came over on the Wednesday and we went through how many people to cater for, and this was a big help as I had no clue and with Kate’s suggestions it was the perfect amount of food.
On the day we came home to everything running smoothly and an abundant amount of food and the speciality being Kate’s chicken sandwiches which received many comments as did the other delicious pieces served.
